This is a custom-designed rail transfer cart used for moving castings in a workshop. The travel route is fixed, and the cart is required to pass through a roller shutter door during operation.

Frame Structure

The main load-bearing structure of the entire cart. The platform surface can be reinforced with anti-slip treatment and structural ribs for improved strength.

Wheels

Cast steel wheels designed to operate smoothly in coordination with the rails.

Drive System

Equipped with variable frequency speed control (VFD). Multiple motors can be configured depending on the load capacity requirements.

Power Supply

Battery powered system.

Control System

Wireless remote control supporting forward, reverse, steering, and speed adjustment functions.

Rail System

Pre-installed by the customer. The rails can be installed either on the ground or in a pit structure.

Braking and Safety System
