It all started with an inquiry on the MIC platform. The moment I saw the message, I followed up and contacted the client immediately without any delay. Surprisingly, the client replied very frequently and extremely quickly; I would receive clear feedback shortly after sending my messages. At that moment, I had a feeling that this client was not making casual inquiries. He must have very clear requirements, and was most likely a technician or a person in charge from the user department of the factory, who knew exactly what he wanted for the equipment.
To further impress the client, I sent him relevant case videos right away, allowing him to see our product strength directly. Sure enough, after watching the videos, the client soon put forward several specific customization requirements and clarified the details that needed to be adjusted. I stayed focused throughout the communication, listened patiently to every request, and discussed each modification one by one. We spent the whole afternoon checking details repeatedly and improving the plan, and finally confirmed the final technical solution. I felt tired yet full of expectation at that moment.
Early Monday morning, I received an email from the client's technical director, which clearly laid out the contract signing process and the final price confirmation. I prepared the contract quickly and sent it out. Unexpectedly, the client finished review and confirmation within just three days, finalized all details, and the cooperation was successfully reached.
This fast-closed order has given me great inspiration: when following up with clients, speed is fundamental, and sincerity is the key. Responding in a timely manner, communicating accurately, and understanding the client's real needs can help close deals efficiently. It has also strengthened my belief in treating every client with care and dedication.
