Two transfer carts were customized for a customer in Brazil and are used to transport stone materials within the factory workshop. Due to limited space in the workshop, the customer required a 360-degree turning function. Our engineers designed the cart with universal wheels, enabling full 360-degree rotation and effectively solving the customer’s space limitations during stone transportation.

The transfer cart is equipped with polyurethane wheels and supports 360-degree turning, making it especially suitable for stone processing workshops with limited space and narrow aisles. Since no rail system is required, the cart offers excellent flexibility and can move freely throughout the workshop.

Powered by a lead-acid battery and controlled by a wireless remote control, the cart can easily navigate around equipment and obstacles, improving transportation efficiency and reducing manual handling risks.

For stone transportation, the transfer cart can be customized with a suitable load-bearing platform according to the stone specifications. It can also be equipped with support frames or clamping devices to prevent sliding or collisions, ensuring stable and safe operation during transport.
