Two transfer cars were customized for Brazilian customers, who use them to transfer stones within the factory workshop. Due to space limitations, the customer required a 360-degree turning function. Our engineers designed the wheels as universal wheels, enabling full 360-degree rotation and solving the customer's space constraints for stone transportation.

The transfer car uses polyurethane wheels and features 360-degree turning capabilities. It is particularly suitable for stone processing workshops with limited space and narrow aisles. As it does not require a track system, it offers exceptional flexibility. Powered by a lead-acid battery and equipped with a wireless remote control, the cart enables flexible transportation and can easily maneuver around equipment and obstacles, improving operational efficiency.

During stone transportation, the transfer car can be customized with a load-bearing platform based on stone specifications and fitted with support frames or clamping devices to effectively prevent sliding or collisions, ensuring safety and stability throughout the process. Compared with traditional handling equipment trackless vehicles are easier to operate, offer strong load-bearing capacity, and can interface with multiple processing stations.
