The Hydraulic Steering trackless Transfer Cart is one of the DWP series products. For trackless vehicles, the main functional difference lies in the steering method, as different steering systems provide different performance characteristics.
Hydraulic steering uses hydraulic cylinders installed inside the vehicle to control the wheel direction. The typical steering angle is around 40 degrees. This type of vehicle is especially suitable for applications that require high steering stability, strong straight-line travel stability, and overall operational stability.

The main components include a hydraulic pump station, hydraulic cylinders, steering arms, and hydraulic control valves. The vehicle is equipped with an independent hydraulic steering system in which the hydraulic pump provides power, and the cylinders push and pull the wheels to achieve steering.
This product covers a wide load range, from 1 ton to 200 tons. For heavier loads, hydraulic steering is often preferred because of its strong driving force, which can overcome the resistance caused by heavy-load steering without jamming or drifting.
The hydraulic system is mature and stable. With durable seals and cylinders, it is suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation and has a low failure rate.
Maintenance: Routine maintenance mainly includes replacing hydraulic oil and checking seals. No special maintenance procedures are required.
The main advantages of the hydraulically steered Transfer Cart include precise, flexible, and smooth steering under heavy loads; a small turning radius; easy operation; trackless movement freedom; high safety and reliability; and suitability for a wide range of heavy-duty industrial material handling applications.
