Client Background: A new energy storage equipment company is a core manufacturer of energy storage boxes in China, with an annual production capacity exceeding 2,000 units. Its workshop frequently needs to transfer 12-15 ton energy storage box components, making it a key supplier in the energy storage industry chain.

Previously, the company relied on forklifts and trailers to transfer energy storage boxes. However, the large size and concentrated weight of the boxes meant that forklifts could only be used for towing. Adding trailers made it very inconvenient in areas with turns, and the forklifts' towing capacity was insufficient. Furthermore, the workshop aisles were narrow, and traditional equipment had a large turning radius, making flexible movement difficult and severely slowing down production flow.

To solve this problem, the client approached us to customize a transportation solution. After several days of communication, the customer purchased a 15-ton trackless transfer cart. This equipment has a rated load capacity of 15 tons, dimensions of 4000×2000×700mm, and is compatible with the shape of the energy storage boxes. It is equipped with two 3.5kW dual motors and 24 high-endurance batteries, providing ample power and an 8-hour operating range. Its core differential steering design supports 360-degree turns, and its extremely small turning radius perfectly adapts to narrow workshop aisles, allowing for flexible movement between workshops.

After deployment, this trackless transfer cart has completely streamlined the energy storage box transportation process within the workshop.
