Coil Transfer Carts are industry-specific devices, primarily designed for the steel industry. They transport specific materials, mainly steel coils, aluminum coils, and paper coils. Customization is available for all coil diameters, making them highly flexible.

The DPX series Coil Transfer Carts rely on a rail system for precise guidance. Using Q235B or Q345B steel, the frame boasts excellent load-bearing capacity and can remain unchanged for over 15 years.

The DPX series is battery-powered. Modern battery technology is advanced, supporting 4-6 hours of operation. The battery life is at least 3 years, with at least 3,000 charge-discharge cycles.

Working Principle

The DPX series of transfer carts operates on a track system. Power is supplied by batteries to the electric flat car and the electricity flows through the DC motor into the control box, enabling the sheet metal coil transfer cart to start, stop, move forward, and reverse. The operator uses a remote control to command the electric flat car’s movements.
