What is a Hydraulic Lifting Battery Transfer Cart?
A Hydraulic Lifting Battery Transfer Cart is a heavy-duty material handling vehicle with a built-in lifting platform. It can haul goods within a workshop and lift them to workstations at different heights, making it the primary choice for handling heavy materials in factories.

Structural Components of a Hydraulic Lifting Battery Transfer Cart: It mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Chassis and Running System: Q235 steel frame + drive wheels + polyurethane solid wheels + differential steering mechanism = responsible for ground movement and turning.
2. Lifting Platform: The top support platform, lifted and lowered via hydraulic cylinders, scissor arms, or columns.
3. Hydraulic System: Hydraulic pump, cylinders, and control valve assembly, the "power source" for lifting operations.
Electrical and Control System: Battery/motor, operating handle, emergency stop button, and sensors, responsible for power supply and control.
4. Safety Devices: Limit switches, anti-collision strips, and warning lights to prevent misoperation and collisions.
Power Supply Methods for Hydraulic Lifting Battery Transfer Carts: There are two common power supply methods: 1. Battery Power: Lead-acid batteries, maintenance-free batteries, and lithium batteries. No cables are required, allowing for flexible movement without tracks.

2. Track Power or Cable Power: Suitable for fixed routes and long-distance transport.
Operating Principle: Movement Function: Two motors drive the wheels. Differential steering allows the left and right wheels to rotate at different speeds, enabling flexible turning and even 360° turns on the spot.
Lifting Function: A hydraulic pump pressurizes hydraulic oil into the cylinders, pushing the scissor arms or columns to extend and lift the platform. When pressure is released, the platform lowers, ensuring a smooth and controllable process throughout.
