This customized rail transfer cart boasts a stable 5-ton load capacity and is specifically designed for mold transfer scenarios in workshops. Its dimensions are precisely tailored to operational needs—a low-profile structure measuring 4 meters long, 2 meters wide, and 400mm high ensures ample carrying space while allowing for flexible maneuvering between workshop equipment, making it particularly suitable for crane lifting operations.

Within a crane-operated workshop, this mold transfer cart creates an efficient transfer chain: heavy molds are smoothly lifted onto the cart's platform by a workshop crane. Its flat, sturdy platform and anti-slip design firmly secure the molds, preventing displacement during transport. Operators can easily control the cart to move it smoothly and safely, transferring the molds from the lifting area to the production station or storage area, significantly improving mold turnover efficiency.

This project was completed and put into use at the customer's factory in September of this year. Its reliable load-bearing capacity and adaptability have made it a key piece of equipment for optimizing workshop logistics and reducing labor costs.
