Customer's Problems: Previously, the company mainly relied on forklifts with unpowered trailers for inter-workshop transfers. However, due to the large size and weight of the steel structural components, blind spots during forklift operation led to insufficient stability and repeated risks of material tilting.
Meanwhile, the customer's workshop already had existing transfer rails. The customer wanted to utilize this rail system to customize a suitable Rail Transfer Cart, thereby avoiding changes to the road surface and saving modification costs.

Solution: Our DPX series products are perfectly suited to the customer's existing conditions, and we custom-designed a 10-ton Rail Transfer Cart. This cart is designed strictly according to the customer's existing rail spacing, with dimensions of 2 meters wide and 2.5 meters long, perfectly adapting to the existing rail system without requiring any civil engineering modifications.
The entire vehicle is electrically driven, running smoothly along the rails, and is specifically designed for transferring assembled heavy steel structures from the assembly workshop to the painting station.
Benefits for the Customer: This customized Rail Transfer Cart has brought multiple benefits to the customer since its implementation.
Significantly improved safety: A 1.2 safety factor and stable rail operation characteristics greatly reduce the risk of tipping during forklift transport, ensuring the safety of personnel and materials.
Increased transfer efficiency: Fixed-point, fixed-route rail transport achieves seamless connection between steel structure assembly and painting, reducing intermediate handling steps.
Perfect adaptation to existing facilities: No modifications to the workshop rails are required, reducing equipment implementation costs and construction time.
