Project Background:

A heavy machinery manufacturing plant's steel structure workshop primarily handles the assembly and transfer of large steel structural components and heavy pallet materials.

This year, the company expanded its factory and production workshops. With the increase in production tasks, internal and inter-workshop logistics pressure has increased significantly.

The plant needed a transport device capable of flexibly moving between different workshops and possessing a lifting function to achieve efficient transportation of heavy materials.

After communicating with the client, they found that our Hydraulic Lifting Transfer Cart perfectly met their needs.

Problems encountered by the client:

Before purchasing this equipment, the workshop mainly relied on traditional gantry cranes combined with ordinary flat carts for operations, but the process was cumbersome and inefficient.

1. Ordinary flat carts lack lifting capabilities; they are only simple platforms. At workstations, loading and unloading pallets requires additional equipment, which is not only time-consuming but also requires forklifts for assistance.

2. Inter-workshop movement requires forklifts or manual labor, as self-propelled movement is not possible. Furthermore, the turning radius is large, resulting in relatively poor maneuverability.

Solution: To meet the customer's specific working conditions, we designed and manufactured a 15-ton Hydraulic Lifting Transfer Cart.

1. Equipped with solid rubber tires, it can pass over speed bumps and rough surfaces outside the workshop. Powered by batteries, it can travel freely on concrete surfaces.

2. The hydraulic lifting platform has a lifting stroke of up to 300 mm.

Once the vehicle reaches the designated workstation, the platform can precisely lower or raise to dock directly with racks or pallets, eliminating the need for a forklift.
