Rail Powered Transfer Cart & Track Laying Method: Track laying adheres to the core principles of "stability, flatness, and safety": First, accurately lay out the route according to the transport plan, clean up impurities on the ground, and level the surface; use pre-embedded steel plates or expansion bolts to fix the track base, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity; track joints must be smoothly ground, with gaps controlled within 2mm to avoid jamming; the power supply track must be properly insulated and maintain a safe distance from the ground; after laying, conduct a levelness test and trial run to ensure no track deviation and no power supply faults.

Precautions: Before use, check the cleanliness of the track and remove debris to avoid obstruction; regularly inspect the track insulation layer and power supply joints to prevent leakage or poor contact; when the Rail Powered Transfer Cart is running, no one is allowed to stand within 1 meter on either side of the track, and overloading is strictly prohibited (the rated load must be matched); in rainy or humid environments, strengthen the waterproof protection of the track to avoid short circuits; operators must be professionally trained and familiar with emergency braking operations.
