Electric Transfer Carts for 30 Tons

These Electric Transfer Carts with a load capacity of 30 tons, are designed for transporting steel products in steel mills. They will operate on a flat epoxy-coated floor and feature a hydraulic steering system with a 40-degree steering angle, significantly reducing the turning radius and enabling easy maneuverability in narrow spaces.

Speed control is achieved by configuring the motor’s speed ratio. Given the need to transport heavy materials, the speed is limited to 0–20 m/min. The direction and speed of movement are controlled via a wireless remote control, allowing for stepless speed adjustment.

To ensure uninterrupted operation, a backup wired remote control is also provided in case the wireless remote runs out of power or malfunctions.

Each cart is equipped with a power display meter that alerts operators when the battery drops below the rated voltage, prompting timely recharging.

These Electric Transfer Carts are powered by lead-acid batteries and can operate continuously for up to 4 hours. When the battery is low, it can be quickly replaced with a backup to maintain continuous operation. Additionally, higher-capacity batteries can be configured according to customer requirements to further extend battery life.
