Project Background: A plastic injection molding factory in Dongguan recently expanded its production line. The new large injection molds weigh up to 28 tons each.  Their previous 15-ton forklift was completely inadequate, and lifting and transporting the molds was slow and prone to damage.  The factory was experiencing daily production delays due to mold handling. The client saw our company's transport vehicles on our website and contacted our sales manager. After discussions, they decided to purchase a 30-ton capacity Remote Control Trackless Transfer Cart.

Company Background: We are a manufacturer specializing in industrial transfer equipment. We have been making trackless transfer carts for 10 years, and we handle dozens of orders for heavy-duty mold transfer every year. We are experts at adjusting parameters based on workshop conditions.

Why did the client specifically request a 30-ton trackless transfer cart?

Firstly, the new molds weigh nearly 28 tons, so a safety margin was needed;

Secondly trackless carts don't require tracks, allowing them to operate anywhere in the workshop, making them far more flexible than rail-based carts.

The configuration of this trackless transfer cart was also customized to the client's needs: a load capacity of 30 tons, with a safety factor of 1.2 (actually capable of handling 36 tons); the remote control can operate from 50 meters away, allowing for easy movement with a single button press; the body is made of welded carbon steel, ensuring it won't deform even with heavy molds; the platform is made of anti-slip steel plate, preventing the molds from sliding.

This Remote Control Trackless Transfer Cart has now been commissioned and delivered to the client's workshop.  Previously, it took 4 people and 2 hours to lift and move the molds; now, one person can move them into place in 10 minutes using the remote control, effectively doubling the workshop's production speed.
