Due to the heavy loads it carries, the cart is recommended for operation on level and stable ground. It is not suitable for environments with large potholes, severe unevenness, or steep slopes. It performs best on flat concrete floors, epoxy-coated floors, and other well-compacted surfaces commonly found in factories and workshops.
The cart is equipped with an independent battery power system, providing the energy required for movement, steering, and other operations. Standard battery capacities range from 150Ah to 800Ah, while larger-capacity battery solutions can be customized according to specific operating distances and working conditions.
As the core power source of the transfer cart, the battery directly affects the equipment’s operating time and efficiency. Modern battery systems support intelligent charging management and optional fast-charging solutions, improving charging efficiency and extending service life.
Under normal operating conditions, the battery service life is typically 3–5 years, depending on factors such as charging frequency, operating environment, load conditions, and maintenance practices. As the battery gradually loses capacity over time, replacement or capacity upgrades can be arranged to maintain stable equipment performance.
