What is a 4-Wheel Steering Transfer Cart?

This is a DWP series trackless transfer cart. Compared with standard trackless transfer carts, it is equipped with a dual-axle steering system, dual hydraulic steering, and dual drive units, providing a smaller turning radius and improved maneuverability.

As shown in the image below, each wheel assembly operates independently, with a steering angle of ±45 degrees, allowing the cart to move flexibly in different directions.

In addition to excellent maneuverability, the cart provides enhanced stability and traction. The dual hydraulic drive system ensures smooth and reliable operation, even under heavy-load conditions.

The platform dimensions and load capacity of this 4-wheel steering transfer cart can be customized according to the cargo dimensions and specific application requirements.

Four lifting lugs have been added to the sides of the trackless transfer cart to facilitate lifting and the securing of the load.

The trackless transfer cart is equipped with scanning radar and infrared sensors at both the front and rear; these serve to warn passing pedestrians and vehicles and to trigger a stop when obstacles are encountered.
