The carts have successfully completed manufacturing and final polishing, and they have passed a 24-hour load test, making them ready for shipment.

The customer requested wireless remote control and polyurethane wheels, which match our standard configuration.

The main challenge of this project was the customer’s requirement for extended battery life. Due to the relatively small size of the Hydraulic Lifting Transfer Carts, we selected lithium batteries to meet this demand. The large-capacity batteries provide a range of 7–9 km, fully meeting the customer’s operational needs.

We encountered some issues during delivery. The 250Ah lithium battery required recertification, and during the manufacturing process, restrictions in the Xinxiang area affected the shipping and receiving of batteries. This caused a delivery delay. We sincerely appreciate the customer’s understanding and trust. All processes have now been completed, and delivery is imminent.
