Project Background and Requirements

This Beijing-based company first inquired about our products through our website in January 2026.

The company mainly manufactures heavy equipment and frequently needs to transport heavy electrical cabinets and loose semi-finished products within their workshop. These materials are heavy and vary in size. Previously, forklifts and overhead cranes were used for lifting and transportation, but this method was inefficient and inconvenient for cross-workshop movement.

The client wanted to improve their internal material handling process and began searching for suitable equipment through various channels.

After contacting our company, the client requested a customized trackless transfer cart that could adapt to their factory conditions, meet heavy-duty transportation requirements, and comply with their workshop visual management standards, including a customized exterior color.

This DWP model trackless transfer cart was custom-designed for the client. With a rated load capacity of 10 tons, it can easily transport heavy electrical cabinets and various loose semi-finished products.

The equipment dimensions were customized to 4 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width, and 600 mm in height, ensuring compatibility with the workshop aisle width and material placement requirements without requiring modifications to the existing factory layout.

The cart is operated using a wireless remote control, allowing convenient operation and enabling operators to maintain a safe distance from the equipment, thereby improving workplace safety.

The exterior color strictly follows the client's requirements, featuring a black and yellow color scheme for high visibility and easy identification, in compliance with workshop safety management standards.

Problems Solved for the Client

The trackless transfer cart operates without the need to install rails or damage the existing epoxy flooring, thanks to its polyurethane wheels, which also allow it to operate both inside the workshop and outdoors.

The wireless remote control system enables remote operation, improving both safety and operational efficiency.

With its stable heavy-duty structure and optimized size design, the cart effectively prevents collisions and damage during material transportation, ensuring product safety while significantly improving handling efficiency and reducing logistics bottlenecks within the workshop.
